Brown Progeny

Terms of Service

Last updated 22 September 2026

The Brown Progeny Assistant (“the app”) is a private, internal tool belonging to Brown Progeny Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in and operating in California. It is built and maintained on the partnership's behalf by d20web LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas. These terms apply to the people given access to it. The app is not offered to the public and there is no sign-up.

Who may use it

Access is by invitation only, for partners of Brown Progeny Limited Partnership and those they authorise. Your account is yours: don't share your sign-in, and don't try to reach another person's information through the app.

What it is for

The partnership's own business — its properties, documents, correspondence and tasks. Please don't use it for anything unlawful, or to store information unrelated to the partnership.

Connecting a Google account

You may connect your own Google account so your calendar and to-dos appear in the app. If you do:

  • The app acts only on your instructions, and only on your own calendar and task list.
  • No other partner can see what it reads from your account.
  • You can disconnect at any time from the Partners page, or from your Google account settings. What happens to the data then is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

Information you put into the app — and anything read from a Google account you connect — remains yours or the partnership's. Operating the app does not transfer ownership of it to anyone.

Availability and accuracy

The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable at times, and it depends on services outside our control, including Google. The built-in assistant can be wrong: treat what it produces as a draft to check, not as advice, and confirm anything that matters — particularly financial, legal, or tax matters — with the appropriate professional. To the extent permitted by law, d20web LLC and Brown Progeny Limited Partnership are not liable for losses arising from use of the app.

Ending access

Access may be withdrawn when someone is no longer part of the partnership, or if these terms are not followed. You may ask for your account to be closed at any time.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the revised version appears on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where the partnership is registered and operates. Questions go to info@d20web.com.
