Brown Progeny Assistant
A private assistant for the partners of Brown Progeny Limited Partnership, a California real-estate partnership. It keeps the partnership's properties, documents, correspondence and tasks in one place, and answers questions about them in plain language.
What it does
- Files the partnership's email and documents automatically, and makes them searchable.
- Tracks tasks across the partnership — who owes what, what's due, what's blocked.
- Writes a daily briefing of what the week's correspondence is actually asking for.
- Shows each partner their own day: today's appointments beside the tasks assigned to them.
Google Calendar and Tasks
A partner may choose to connect their own Google account. The app then shows that partner's own calendar appointments and to-dos on their dashboard, and can add or change an appointment on their calendar when they ask it to. It is entirely optional, each partner sees only their own, and it can be disconnected at any time. What is read and how it is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
Access is limited to the partners of Brown Progeny Limited Partnership and those they authorise. There is no public sign-up, and it is not offered as a service to anyone else.
